Welcome

Women’s health deserves its own space.

Returning after a successful debut in 2025, the Health for the Future Women’s Health & Wellness Workshop offers a warm, evidence-informed and practical experience designed specifically for women.

Led by Melanie Wentzel and joined by Icelandic and international experts, this three-hour workshop explores women’s health across every stage of life through science, lived experience and natural approaches to wellbeing.

Whether you’re looking for answers, practical tools or simply a supportive community, this workshop is designed to leave you feeling informed, empowered and inspired.

What You’ll Explore

  • Women’s health across the lifespan
  • Hormonal health & cyclical wellbeing
  • Endometriosis & period pain
  • Chronic pain
  • Herbal medicine & natural approaches
  • Current research & emerging evidence
  • Women’s health in Iceland and internationally
  • Practical tools you can use every day
  • Open discussion & Q&A with experts

Why Attend

This is more than a workshop.

It’s an opportunity to learn from international experts, ask questions in a safe and supportive environment, connect with other women and leave with practical knowledge you can continue using long after the event.

Every participant will receive a comprehensive take-home workbook filled with resources, exercises and practical tools.
