Health for the Future (healthforthefuture.is) is an international health summit held in Reykjavík, Iceland. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and how we use it.
When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address and message so we can respond to your enquiry. We do not create user accounts and we do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Ticket purchases are processed through our ticket shop at tickets.healthforthefuture.is, powered by Shopify. Payment and order information is handled by Shopify and its payment providers under their own privacy policies; we receive only the details needed to issue your ticket and manage the event.
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We load fonts from Google Fonts, which may log basic technical data such as your IP address when the font files are requested.
Contact form messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry. Ticket and order data is retained as required for the operation of the event and by law.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing info@healthforthefuture.is.
