Ingunn Ragna Sævarsdóttir

Ingunn Ragna is a trainer and therapist with a particular focus on fascia work, movement, and the connection between the body and the nervous system. She also works with sound healing as part of her holistic approach to wellbeing.

Ingunn lives with ATN, a neurological condition associated with severe chronic pain, and has been through a long and challenging personal journey. This experience has deeply shaped both her life and her professional approach to the body, pain, movement, and recovery.

Through years of learning, exploration, and working with her own body, she has made significant progress and found ways to rebuild strength, regain function, and live an active and fulfilling life.

Today, Ingunn brings together her professional knowledge and lived experience in her work. In this panel discussion, she will share her personal journey with chronic pain, the role fascia and movement have played along the way, and the insights she has gained through both her challenges and her progress.
